Ranbir Kapoor to kick off the Mumbai schedule of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal in October

Soaring high on the success of Brahmastra, Ranbir Kapoor will kick off the next schedule of Animal in the first week of October. It marks his first collaboration with Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. While the actor will continue the post-release promotions of Brahmastra till September end, he is set to resume the Animal shoot in October.

As per a report in a daily Mid-Day, Animal is around a gangster family. This Mumbai schedule will mark the second leg of the shoot. Previously, they had shot in the city in June. The plan is to shoot in the different pockets of the city starting from Chembur.

Along with Hindi, Animal will release in all south Indian languages. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol. Top-notch technicians will handle different crafts of the movie which will release in cinemas during Independence Day weekend on August 11, 2023.

Animal is produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar's T-Series, Pranay Reddy Vanga's Bhadrakali Pictures, and Murad Khetani's Cine1 Studios.
