Under 'Mission 60,000,' initiatives include engaging 'Van Mitra' individuals, recruiting contractual employees, and training 15,000 civil engineering diploma or degree holders to become contractors. Khattar highlighted the government's commitment to uplifting the youth, by providing loans and exemptions. The announcement was made during the 'Vivekananda Youth Mahasammelan' on Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary.
