As per media reports, the Telangana government has approved the direct recruitment of 5,000 police personnel across multiple cadres. The recruitment will be conducted by the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board after receiving cadre-wise vacancy details, roster points and eligibility criteria from the home department and the Director General of Police.
